Smudge Sticks

Our smudge sticks are offered in two types. White Sage and White Sage with Cedar. 

Smudging using these have been used for centuries by multiple different cultures. It is used to cleanse a space, person or item of negative energy. You can use different botanicals for smudge sticks depending on your desired outcome. 

White Sage is the most used and popular amongst Native Americans and is often used to cleanse the spirit of negative intentions or thoughts, especially before entering meetings spaces or when those negative feelings are entering your personal spaces. This is a great option for cleansing spaces, people and negative energy. 

White Sage with Cedar has the same benefits as white sage but with the inclusion of cedar. Using cedar to smudge can create intentions of renewal, grounding, protection and bring fresh energy to your spaces/people or items. 

Often Smudge sticks are used in combination with a feather and an abalone shell, we do offer abalone shells as well!
